A compendium of our global optimism, one perspective at a time.
Today, we are optimistic about 'knee injury'.

As long as worms rise to the sidewalk after a rainstorm, I’ll be reminded that tragedy eventually gives way to comedy.

I’m hopeful we will learn to take ourselves less seriously.

Optimism means laughing and smiling and hushing the voices of doubt and disbelief…at least long enough to get them to listen.

Optimism is resilient. It outruns despair. It harnesses knowledge and technology in order to build creative, collective change.

I am a wry optimist. Too much has gone wrong in this world not to raise an eyebrow. But I’ve got hope aplenty.
